What's the value of my points in cash?
The points you collect have a cash value of 100 points = £1.
How can I collect points?
Points are awarded for:
- The purchase of products covered by the programme – a list of products with the number of points you’ll receive for their purchase is available in the Product Finder tab
- Participation in training on Voltimum
- Participation in various promotions on Voltimum
Where can I find my wholesaler's account number?
CEF - You will find your account number in your CEF user profile by clicking on 'Your Account' when logged in.
Medlock Electrical Distributors - Find your account number on any invoice or despatch notes from previous orders.
KEW Electrical – Find your account number on any invoices or statements issued by KEW Electrical.
Phase Electrical - Find your account number on any invoices or statements. It will start with the letter “C” followed by 4 digits.
Shop4 – This will be the email address you use to log in to your Shop4 account.
BPX – Find your 10-digit account number on any invoice or by logging into your online account.
Where can I find information on the number of points collected?
This information is available after logging into your account in the My Account and My Points areas.
Do the points have expiry date?
Yes, points are valid for 24 months from the last day of the month in which they were credited to your account. After this period, any remaining points are forfeited and can no longer be redeemed for rewards.
Who can register in the Programme?
Voltimum Plus has been created for electricians, contractors and installers. Members must have a Voltimum account in order to join the Voltimum Plus loyalty programme. You must also reside in Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland), as unfortunately you can't participate if you live abroad.
Why is it worth registering?
When you join Voltimum Plus, you receive points in return for performing your work-related duties (purchasing products from wholesalers). You can then exchange these points for great rewards at no cost to you. In addition, you have access to industry knowledge and training opportunities, in which participation will also earn you points.
How can I register in the Programme?
To become a Voltimum Plus member, you must first have a Voltimum account (www.voltimum.co.uk).
Fill in all the fields with the required details and save. Voltimum will confirm your account has been created. You will then be able to login to Voltimum Plus using your Voltimum login details.
I'm participating in another loyalty programme from a wholesaler. Am I still able to sign up to the Voltimum Plus loyalty programme?
Yes, participation in any other programme does not affect participation in Voltimum Plus.
How can I withdraw my consent with the processing of my personal data?
Should you wish to withdraw your consent with the processing of your personal data please contact us using the contact form
Please note that such withdrawal will also close your account with us.

How can I order the reward?
Rewards can only be ordered by registered users logged in to the Voltimum Plus website. In order to order a reward, you must first have the appropriate number of points, i.e. equal to or greater than the number of points for a given reward. In order to place an order, go to the Choose a Reward tab.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
The order processing time for a reward is up to 14 days from the date of placing the order. The prize will be sent to you at the address provided when placing your order.
Who covers the cost of delivering the reward product?
How can I check the status of an order placed?
Once logged in, visit the Choose a Reward area and click on the Order History tab.
